The crank pulley is still smaller so the alt will still turn slower. And as far as UD pullies and a stereo, you could always put some capacitors in it, nothing big, just enough to provide juice at idle. Unless you sit in traffic a LOT, then you'd need some big capacitors

i have a capacitor but my stereo installer still didnt recommend the underdrive pullies because he said that the stereo will still put a lot of stresson the alternator with the smaller pullies. i guess it just depends who u ask.

also go to the junk yard and find an SN-95 stang and pull the alt. off it they are 130A but get it checked to make sure its good first
