just put the stock pulley back on the alternator and leave the rest

The crank pulley is still smaller so the alt will still turn slower. And as far as UD pullies and a stereo, you could always put some capacitors in it, nothing big, just enough to provide juice at idle. Unless you sit in traffic a LOT, then you'd need some big capacitors

i have a capacitor but my stereo installer still didnt recommend the underdrive pullies because he said that the stereo will still put a lot of stresson the alternator with the smaller pullies. i guess it just depends who u ask.

do what he said.. i was gonna say the same thing but then i read his post and he beat me to it lol...

also go to the junk yard and find an SN-95 stang and pull the alt. off it they are 130A but get it checked to make sure its good first
