what kinda ehaaust to use on 302 what kinda headers what size pipes what mufflers
i want it to be really loud

Try doing a search...there are tons of threads that will give you all the info you need. I like the SLP loudmouths w/ an offroad H pipe. It should be loud enough for you.

go open headers. And be done with it....you'll get tired of it in about a week or two of driving in traffic though...

The off road pipe will be loud. I am running BBK headers and H-pipe with cats and it is pretty loud.
