Default Leaky Diff

My differential is leaking just a tiny bit out of the front/pinion end. It's next to nothing, it's taken a year or two to build up some crap on the inside, rear corners of my mufflers. Is there and easy way to fix it or do would I have to dissasemble the whole diff?

you would have to remove the flange , carfullt using the right stuff , pull the seal out with the pinion still there , you will need a new crush sleeve, some people use the old one and tighten it just a lil more , but i wouldint. put the bearing back in, sleave , hit the seal in , reinstall the flange and nut , torque to the correct turning torque , basically that what you do .

Cool, I'll have to look more into that for this summer when I start in on it. Got some surface rust to take car of on the door bottoms, inside of the fenders, and a couple other cosmetic things to take care of. I'll just have to start making a list now
