Zach, I have the same issue. I have a BBK off road H-pipe and flowmaster american thunder exhaust, and the pipe is always rattling against the axle. I've adjusted it a few times, and I think I finally got it.
But I was the same way, kept forgetting to adjust it, then I'd get in the car to go somewhere, start driving, "ratdatdatdatdatdat" "son of a...". Never had time to fix it before I went anywhere.

i think it may be because we have stock headers? 88gt has aftermarket headers so that may be why his dosnt do it. i guess il get new headers and if it dosnt owkr im gonna get 2 converters back on but not all 4 never again!
