castrol gtx 10-30. use a ford motorsport filter.

don't use a fram.

mobil 1 or Royal purple is awesome too ( im running 20w-50 in the stang right now) you CANT beat amsoil..... PERIOD

I use a K&N Oil Filter. Works way bette than fram and Bosch.

well i myself use castrol gtx...but i have seen and rid in this darn did mustang before and its just about as much a peice of **** as a 71 pinto
