Just got my car back with the 3.55s in. The shop owner told me to take it easy on them for like 50 miles, and then to go mad. First impressions (all being gentle): Easier acceleration, fifth gear has some real use now, and first gear is not as useful. Before, at 75 mph in 5th, I was doing 2k rpms. Now, I'm doing the same rpms, in the same gear, at 55 mph. Just thought I'd share. Can't wait to lay into them beotches!

ahh lay into um its not going to hurt them. just dont run it for a long time and make them hot. 1st gear rocks with 3.73 nice and short.

go for it man, the first time i took my car out with 5spd and 3.73. i took it easy in the neighborhood but when i got out onto the main drag all hell broke loose haha. them thing rock so much.
