Default new wheel question

on monday im buying 4 bran new 17x9 cobra r wheels.... i wanna put 275's on the back and 245's on the front..... what sidewall height should i go with? a 40 or 45 or should the front be diff from the back? im not going to put the wheels on for about another 2 weeks cause im also gonna buy rear upper and lower control arms so i can get rid of the quad-shocks.... anyone have any suggestions on tire sizes? can i go bigger than 275 on the back without quad-shocks on?

275/40's on the rear and 245/45's on the front. What is the back spacing on the wheels?

285's will work on the rear. Not on the front. Don't ewant the offset, need the backspacing. Most likely it's 6.0" should be fine. That's what my car is.
