no shocks, just struts on the front.
she has several choices to make:
change the wheels to get the correct offset; do some more trimming if this will give her proper clearance; or start over from scratch with new wheels and tires that will fit!
the chik can't drive it if she can't steer it, ha, ha, ha.....
even a drag racer has to turn to get off the track![sm=smiley2.gif]

DAMN! Those are some hot wheels. Bet those would look sweet on my 86. Dont know if I could part with the welds though, wich also rub. I just trimmed the fender wells back then the tires just eventually rubbed a nice little hole for the rest of the way so now they fit quite nicely!

dont know if it would make a difference but maybe you should of got 245-45-17 for the front and keep the 255 for the back. maybe it would help with some of your rubbing

whoaaaaa 245 45 17's in the front and they still rub ay? well i got ya beat... 245 35 17's in the front and they STILL rub. but like Midnight said.. the tires wore back the fender enough that it only happens at very low speeds with very sharp turns.. for themost part they are perfect.. some 8's wide would be sweet but i just cant find em in the rims i want! if any1 gets a beat one some 17" x 8" cobra R's let me know ASAP! lol Damn that 2-1/2" drop!
