orbital sander yes,No just the clear coat off,But i had some rust spots i had to take care of so ive been grinding them out primein then putty, sand over and over again i think i could do it with my eyes closed...I just wanted to make it really smooth so i sanded it with low grit and i planed on higher grid when i wet sanded it..

Are you sanding the ground effects?

i did all the ground effects last summer, dont use anything more than a 600grit on them. what you need to do with ur rust spots is a 320 grit sand, then a 800 sand, then epoxy primer, than sand 800 again, epoxy again, sand 800 and it should look nice. puddy only if u have to.

Tim are you going to paint your door? I think thats in more desperate need of a paint job then your quarter was. I guess I'll see the new paint job tomorrow.

Tim I think next week I might get started on my own paint job, I'm just not sure what to do about my right 1/4 where its banged in.
