I like the ruff idle! how can I get it to stay or should this kit idle smooth?

kit had heads, cam, upper and lower intake, roller rockers, rods , bolts, gaskets, timingchain.

car idles ruff when started but not after warming up. Could this be the cpu? Or should it be that way?

No cam lope at all after warm up?
