Default Irratic idle

Hi, When my clutch is out my car idles at like 1800-2500rpms but when my clutch is in it idles like 600-800rpms lower... When i take my tps out it idles around 8-900. I thought it was a bad tps so i bought a whole new throttle body setup since i was meaning to upgrade anyways. I went from a 65mm to a 70mm... And the same thing happend except it got f-ing worse, it would idle at like 3GRAND.. and do the same thing as before. I checked the volts on each tps, the one fro my 65mm was 1.01 and the bbk one was .587. From what i heard .5 is a bad tps so i put my other tps in the car that was measuring 1.01 and the idle went back to like 23-2500 rpms but it still does the same thing. Its driving me nuts.... i need help asap...

Have you adjusted the idle screw on the bottom of the throttlebody?

Also, check out this link, its a series of things to do to solve idle problems
