Default SERIOUS PROBLEM PLEASE HELP

Ok, I've brought this up MANY times, but i still haven't fixed it. My car will just randomly stutter when i hit the gas, and buck back and forth. I feel like it's a bucking bronco. There are so many varibles to this problem, i will just make a list. Any input is apriciated.

Happens when engine is at running temp. (180*)

Happens more if engine has been idling for a decent time (like at a red light).

Engine feels like it is being cut of fuel.

If i hit the gas, it will go, then stop, then go, then stop.

The engine feels like it has NO torque. If i dump the clutch, it just bogs.

Engine revs fine in neutral (no load).

Scanned car, said system lean, MAF input voltage low, EGR voltage low.

Engine just lacks power (VERY SLOW).

I've already checked the timing (14*)

PLEASE HELP! THIS IS MY DAILY DRIVER!!!

Have you checked your spark plugs?

How many miles on the car?

Have you replaced the distributor, pickup, coil or TFI Module?

What fuel pump are you using? Does it make alot of noise?

When was the last time you changed your fuel filter?

Have you checked the voltage on your battery? what about your alternator output? I'm w/ Tim, try backing your timing down some also.
