so my fox body bumps and rattles everywhere. the front wheel shakes. what do i need to replace to smooth out my ride. also whever i hit a bump the car sounds like its going to shake itself apart.

Get the front end in the air and shake it down. Sounds like it's time for some new suspension parts. Bounce the front end up and down. If it continues to bounce after 1.5 up and downs, the struts are shot.

Poly bushings front to back, possibly shocks struts... maybe even some subframe connectors.... Another thing, is your car lowered, and if so are they good lowering springs or some cheapies??? And also if lowered, how much drop is it, and do you have any c/c plates??? Last thing is a bumpsteer kit, and make sure your trans mount is in good shape
