Default Gt 40 vs Gt40P heads

Im not sure if I should buy gt40 or gt40p heads for my 91 mustang. Im kind of leaning towards the gt40p heads because of the price difference. Im just wondering if any of you ever put on some gt40p heads, are you glad you did it or do you wish you would of put on gt40 head instead. Let me know any info will help me. Thanks

I just bought some P's . I did alot of reading about the P's v. the 40's, and i leaned towards the P's. The 40's can handle a bit more lift, but the P's outflow the 40's. Do a google search, there are tons of articles about the 2.

not to mention the higher compression of the P's, but, in all honesty, I was going to buy some P's myself, but why spend 400 shipped (used) when I can get a set of alluminum heads (new) for just over a grand and never be dissapointed? So that's the route I'm going to go.

P's also require a special header so you can acess the spark plugs.

Actually the BBK shorty headers are supposed to work. But no you cant just use any header.

Yeah you have to use different headers, if you don't you wont be able to put in the spark plugs thats what I here.
