4.10's (auto) in a month or two
will i need a lot better traction
when i floor it?

i know i probly will so what should/do i need to get?
im trying to save all the money right now

 

What do you want traction for? Drag racing? If so, pick up some drag radials. Also, a different stall convertor would wake that auto up.

 

well its gonna be on the street most of the time
maybe the track once in a great while..but more
of street racing from light to light if "necessary"

 

I'd still go with a drag radial, just one that gets decent street mileage. The Nittos seem to get the best mileage that I know of. BFG and MT don't get nearly as good of street mileage. But, that's just me. I like beating the hell out of my car every chance I get.

 

how bout a tire thats less extreme..i wont be beating
on it that bad..

 

I've heard that the BFG KDW tires are good street tires as well as the Goodyear F1s.

Couldn't hurt. Control arms aren't going to do too much good if you don't have the tires to grip. Certainly get some arms in the future though. I'm getting ready to purchase some myself.

Well, if the tires you have now are decent, I would go ahead and get some arms. That will cure any wheel hop problems that you may have.
