370ci out of a 302?

Cylinder walls get to thin and you could technicaly blow the block. Also the more metal you have between the cylinders the cooler it will run.

i thought u only had a risk when it was bored 60 over. so u do think mine will have cooling issues?

mine is 347 crank with .040 overbore making over 700 HP. I have no cooling issues.

Reason that I said the spacers are bad idea is that if you use 2 head gaskets per side it seems that there is more chance of head gasket failure.......
