Do you have pressure test equipment? Your pump is either not making pressure or it's not getting in/out of the rack.

I fixed it! Well Im the dumb *** this time. It doesnt happen much, (Id like to believe) but this one I am to blame. After buying a new pump and finally slowing down (cause I didnt have a puller) I figured out there is a nifty little spring and valve I overlooked installing the new one................ I took the new new one back to AZ and put it back together right. Now I need to bleed it again! @%$&*$@!! Anyway thanks for thr help next time just tell me to slow down............. =)
