Ok i just did the rebuild and want to know how much hp the stock maf and injectors can handle? thnx

(for the 19# injectors which i think came on most 5.0L)I have heard that the stock injection system can hold up to 320 horses, but i am not positive on it. If you are makin that kind of power you would be better off gettin some 24# injectors and bigger MAF and all that fun stuff.

24# are a good upgrade even if only a few boltons were installed ie; a bigger MAF, throttle body, cold air intake, and exhaust, esp. headers. The more air you pump in and out, the more fuel your going to need to make that power. In that case 19# injectors will be working close to max. When the 24# injectors are just starting to work. A adj. fuel pressure regulator is a good idea as well.

buy the maf first ..wait on the injectors
76mm or bigger you can find them used for like 70-75 bucks...also you can find a set of low mileage 24's for 100.00 or so
