the pcv valve has a vacuum hose to it. if its off its not good, mine slipped off once and it blowed my dipstick out

the oil cap had blowed out too. its a snap in type. oil all over my new headers. [:@]

yea dude. i knowd it was off because i could hear a aweird noise inside i just checked around and noticed the oilstick and cap. i looked awhile and seen the hose off the pcv valve. it goes on loose antways ,need to do something bout it.

It looks like the pcv cuase it appears to be in the crankcase with a hose leading to the underside of the intake, but there is another connector on top with no hose connected? In the Chiltons it only show one line. What is thei other?

What are you guys talking about, the PCV's on the front on the engine. Goes from the Valve cover to Throttle body...

PCV hoses goes there... not on my engine yet as im still searching for a 70mm throttle body spacer :\
