i dont even think they were going to tell me anything happened i just walked in their garage to see what was going on because it seemed like they were stallin to get it back to me. They told me that when they were putting the wheel back on that they tightened the lock nut (i think thats what they called it, they part you see outside) and it broke and the only way to get it out was to cut the stud off and put a new one in, but the one they put in wasn't for my year.

well, there are numerous reasons your ABS and traction control light will come on. But just replacing wheels would narrow it down. the only thing i can think of is if they had to cut a lug stud they could have some how damaged a wheel speed sensor. or the wiring to the sensor. take it to a like, oriley's auto parts or a local auto parts store and have them run an ABS scan check.
