How do I reset base idle?? Fiveliter is that the same as backing it off a little?

its on the page where you found out how do clean it. you have to set your base idle when you fugg with that stuff. and your tps sensor after that. then itll run smooth bro. set your base at 1000 rpm and itll run right. those instructions on that muscularmustangs page will take you thru it. just done mine again today

I dont have a digital multimeter is there any way around it? ( refering to setting the tps voltage) I guess I will just try disconnecting the neg. cable again in the morning..and if that doesnt work would it still be a wise choice to adjust my idle screw if I dont have meter?
