dont worry, hes going to iraq soon anyway. i tryed to teach him how to use a m16 but i finally gave up after 20 mins of trying to insert the bolt. i guess they will straiten him out in boot camp. hes going in to work on trucks over there.

i called a freind who is a certified master mechanic, he braught along another master mechanic to help me out. i knew i could not tow it with out destroying something on the car so i had no option but to get it running. while they were working on the car my buddy hit the nitrous purge and shot a full blast clean under the shirt of the other mechanic, he did not look happy.

ANYWAY, if you're that paranoid, just do a compression test should tell you of any problems to come. But you should have none, small spikes like that are comon.

the cars squared away, box was melted but still fuctional. getting a new one in the morning anyway. they riged the fan through a 85 mustangs temp sensor to come on at 220, it spikes at 230 sometimes but will fluctuate between 200-220 usually. will that be ok with the motor? its a mexican block with twisted wedge aluminum heads.

badass car man. i would bring that temp down some. 180-190 is what most run. what thermostat is in it?
