re post 460 fox
i put up a post the other day about a 460 in my 91 gt. The only reason I'm debating doing this is because The 460 is professionoly built stroked and bored along with a professionoly built c-6. Both of them have just a little over 1000 miles on them. I pretty sure the motors somewhere around a 548ci. I'm getting the package for around $1500.00 bucks. I know the two of them are flawless in the means of qulity. Just wondering If I shuld still get this done. This is my graduation present to my self this summer.

Um yeah, do it, throw a C-6 in there, and get a custom driveshaft made. That's gonna be one torquey fox! Only downsides are, you are going to lose F.I., it's going to be really front end heavy (harder to steer), the money that you are going to spend on the swap, and that you are going to have to yank the motor to do oil changes and spark plugs... I'm sure that there's a few others. Buy the motor even if you aren't going to swap it in and resell it! Or sell it to me for 100 dollars so that I can put it into my 76 f-150.

haha sounds like a graduation pressent thats going to get you killed but i would do that. that car would be so sick i would def do it your just going to really have to beef up the suspention and then make sure you can hold the fram together with the power that setup is going to be putting down. im talking battle boxes front and rear strut tower braces tubular k member full length sub frams. upper/lower control arms sway bars bushings. your going to need everything.
