I know this question is asked all the time but I just wanna know. I have a basically stock 89 5.0 with a tunable induction CAI, MSD cap/rotor/and coil. Frpp 9mm wires, and 373 gears. Pretty weak I know but I just wanna know what im starting with so I can work up from there, oh and 1/4 mile times too if you can? Thanx

 

200---220 maybe. Those stock internals are getting pretty tired by now.

As for 1/4's...you're probably lookin at high 14's low 15's.

I have a hard time seeing anywhere near 220 with that, the only thing listed that would show any real hp increase is the intake(maybe 2-3hp for all the ignition stuff) I dont see 30whp with an intake. I would say 200 at best(with a manual, auto less ofcoarse)

 

I was being generous. In all honesty It'd be lucky if it's above 190.
