Getting ready to do my pullies and tb, got some questions!!!
The throttle body and pullies are coming in today and I figured that I'd save my self some time and go ahead and pull some stuff off. I got the TB and EGR spacer off and now I'm trying to work on getting the pullies off and I've ran into a question.... Do I have to remove the fan and it's equipment to get to the water pump pulley? It looks like it's the only way I'm going to get that pulley off. Does anyone have any tips on removing and installing the new pullies? I need help asap, I have work at 5:00 this evening and I'd like to bring the stang with the new bolt ons and not the Saturn.

And how the hell do you get the pulley to stop moving on the alternator without damaging fan blades? It looks like the easiest pulley to get to is the crank because it doesn't move as easily.

Yeah, you'll need to pull the fan, shroud, and fan clutch off to get to the water pump pulley. It's really a straight forward install as far as the crank and waterpump pullies go. You'll need an impact wrench to get the alternator pulley off though.

Matter of fact, how do I get the pullies to stop moving so I can loosen the bolts on the water pump AND the alternator lol, this seems like it's going to be a PITA.

you can leave the fan shroud on if you want..i did.....don't do alt....you will have charging problems...and make sure your cooling system is good, cause you might see it get warmer than usual.
