gas is getting into my oil on 5.0
what's up, this is my first post and I have a 306 with aluminum heads custom cam, and a spyder intake with 30 pound injectors. I just got the car put together and i'm getting gas in my iol and it's bogging out right around 3500-4000 and up, Woundering what could be causing it do that, i have a brand new aeromotive fpr and i called the company and they gave me some things to check and they said it's good so could it be my injectors that's causing this problem. Thank for the help.

I think it needs a solid tune, optimum fuel pressure is around 39 psi Or something close to that, i've read having a bit much can cause the car to run funny. As far as the injectors, they wont really cause too much fuel to enter, they really just wont be using nearly their potential..

Fuel getting through vaccum line of the AFPR or injectors leaking....to check for this last possibility, a leakdown test of the fuel pressure (engine off) should show if you have an injector, or injectors that are leaking or staying opened....causing fuel to get to the crankcase... My 2ยข.
