Pulling the passenger seat out probably would have gotten you too the tens. Theres 40-50 pounds right there. Taking the ps belt off might have gotten you it too.

What size engine are you running? Power adder? I think I would be happy with a 11.009 but then again my car is slow (15.2 is my best).

If you are looking for one 10 second run, just take your belt off completly. Then do the run, then when it gets back, put the belt back on it. Saw alot of people do that down at island and they gained 1 tenth. do that and take your seat out you should see 10s

yea I was thinking about the pass seat and the rear seat but its a real pain in the butt cuz the roll bar. As far as power adder and motor 306 and a procharger p600b making 11 psi at the intake with a 3core intercooler with HCI so on.

It's only like 15-20lbs... Still, that'd be enough to get you into the 10s, rear seat isn't worth it, doesn't weigh anything. Take out the pass seat (only 4 bolts and a connector afterall) and the spare tire and you're lookin at around 30-35lbs, which is good for about... .035 of a sec, which is more than enough to put you down there. Electric water pump might be right up your alley too, and a switch for the alternator. Flip them both off before your run then turn them on after, that alone will put you in the 10s, hell, the alternator switch should get you down there.

what the hell kind of good would it do to shut off an electric water pump. that just sounds like you dont know wtf your talking about. the draw from an electric water pump is minimal at best, and its ALREADY an improvement over a belt driven system...

he would see NO difference at all from shutting off an electric water pump.

also, how is shutting the alternator off gonna change anything??!?

its still spinning!
