Default Adjusting Base Idle

What is the correct way to adjust this? And where is the screw?

the screw is on the throttle body, on the underside of the intake hole.

warm engine to operating temps. unhook IAC set idle with screw where you want it turn off car unhook battery for few mins. then hook up IAC, hook battery back up and start car it should now be set
