Default Power seat and locks dont

Hello to the house. If anyone can help me troubleshoot this problem I would be very appreciativeAnyway, I own a 1993 mustang GT, hardtop. The power seat(driver side only) and power locks do not work. When consulting my owners manual, it tells me to check/replace the starter motor relay. Well, Im not sure what that is, or where it is. I replaced the actual starter realy, thats mounted next to the battery on the fenerwall, but that wasnt it. I dont own the shop manuals and would be grateful for any help anyone may beable to provide. Thanks, Jeff
