ohhhh boy....... while ur starting the car spray CARB CLEANER in the throttle body. keep spraying while cranking for about 10 seconds. if car starts keep spraying a little in. if it dies without the carb cleaner your not getting fuel (pump?).

Well, I can hold the key over and rev the gas up and down, but its not good for the starter though. Its almost like something is not keeping the fire going...

Maybe the electrical part of the switch on the column is not adjusted properly.

Default Help in Thailand

I'm having starting problems also. At first when the car was running it was bogging down at WOT. Then it just died. When I cut the switch on I can hear the fuel pump whine, but the engine just turns over and won't start. Could it still be the fuel pump. It's a 95 GT Convertible. Thanks for the help.

Black87 Sounds like a bad switch. Yes, even new parts can be bad right out of the box unfortunately. Had that problem a while back with a starter on my moms Futura and a booster for a Crown Vic.

verne2 Will the engine try to fire at all or nothing? If not the plugs could be fouled or your battery might be low on juice. Id check those first. Is it a manual? Get some buddies together and try poppin it.
