If you talking about a cigarette lighter you can pick them up at Autozone. Even Walmart carry's them

i live on an island with no chain stores though so no wal mart no autozone, ill have to find somewhere online to order it.

in my 89 the horn is on same fuse as cig. lighter, easy quick check.

btw: dimes fit perfect in there, take a look, lol drove me nuts trying to figure that one out, lol

pennies are usually found in there, if i found a dime i'd be like "oo!!! 10x richer than the last sucker that came into the shop, har har har!!"

but yeah, i vote for the fuse being blown
