Default t-stat gasket

alright, so this is the first gasket i have tried to seal, and its leaking.

Are you suposed to put the goop on both sides of the gasket or just one?

just put a small ammount on both side of the gasket, and tighten the bolts evenly.

you might be able to reuse the gasket if it hasnt been on too long. if its been on a day or so get a new one.
