well for you that dont know i put my car into a ditch back in september and i ran through a barb wire fence and screw the paint on my car all up, so i took it to the paint booth a couple months ago and it had some rust before the wreck and the body man got down to the sheet metal and the rust was worse than we thought and also since its a sunroof theres alot of extra rust that hope we can get rid of by sandblasting, the guy sent me some pics, but im gonna warn you for those with weak stomachs dont look!

dang man, thats horrible, do you have the smog pump eliminated completely not even running a belt to it or u just have the eliminator?

 

i took the whole thing off except for the the metal tube that goes behind the head, and we also cut the lines to exhaust because we had to remove my exhaust so we plugged the hole in the pipe, i hate seein that rust, i really miss my car to i just wanna cruise before i leave it home when i go to college, also i edited the first pics because i accidently had the same pick twice its worse than what it shows

 

i have o/r h pipes so nothigns hooked up to my tubes, its just sitting there what size belt are you using?

my car has original paint i dont even wanna know what's under neath

under the hatch is pretty rusty but thats common (on top of gas tank)

i need to replace the sending unit so when the tank gets dropped thats when ill be fixing the hatch area

 

that's not bad ... working in a body shop for a few years i saw wayyyy worse ..

 

the pics don't work on my computer, but i was taking to one of my buddies and he said that the rust spot is always way bigger than what you can see. i got mine repainted 2 years ago and it's starting to come through in a couple of spots sadly
