Default Programmers

I just got off the phone with a Hypertech representative, and he said that they do not make a programmer for the 94 Stangs. He said the first year they made them was for the 96. He also said that he does not know of any other company that makes a programmer for the 94. Does anyone know of a company that does?? Or should I just take my car to a dyno to have it tuned??

There are other options for the '94-95':

1. Tweecer
2. EEC-Tuner
3. Anderson PMS

Anyone seen this Jet power module before? Is this a programmer, or is this just like a chip?

http://www.jetchip.com/products.asp?pid=21695

Hypertech also sells a power module. How are these different than programmers?

programmers and "power module" plug into the stock EEC and change
some set parameters like timing to make car run little better but require 93 oct gas.

a true "tuner" software like Tweecer will let you see every parameter in
there and make your own "power module" programs, or change settings for
s/c, maf, or injectors, or displacement,......ect.
kinda have to know what you're doing with tuner program or willing to learn.

Diablo will also burn custom chips upon what you tell them you have and want

those hypertech and jet chips dont do anything. they just increase the timing a little and change the fuel curve. youd get the same results by adding timing with the distributor for free.
i run the pms and love it. very user friendly. you guys didnt list the AEM engine management system or the megasquirt. the megasquirt though looks intense when it comes to wiring. you have tp splice one wire at a time into the main harness. i heard they there working on a plug and play harness....not sure if that was true or not though
