90 LX 5.0HO Vert.... BBK Shorty Equal Length Ceramic Coated Headers, BBK Off Road H PIPE, and Magnaflow Tuned Cat Back(Stainless), whole system took about 5 hours but we had alift to use so that made things go well, ceramic coating=heat, single flange=no warping from heat.. be sure to bolt from center out, and equal length perform much better than unequal... good luck

bbk =shorties, x-pipe, and flo-master exaust, it only took about 5 or 6 hours but we were goofin around a bit. why would it matter which pattern you use to tighin the bolts on the headers?

i run the bbk unequal,bbk h-pipe and some flows.I had the mac headers but they leaked all of the time.

I have a set of MAC equal length shorties, they are ceramic coated, I would rather have JBA's, I got the MAC's because they were 1. new and 2. $200 coated....don't ask how

BBK equal length shorties, but not ceramic coated. I got the chrome set. The ceramic ones don't change color when they heat up like the chrome ones do. The color disfiguration on the chrome isn't bad though.

you want to tighten the bolts from the center out to avoid and flexion in the flange if it is a single flange (which is better than 4 flanges), and it will prevent any leaks in the gasket if the metal swells when it acclimates to high temperatures, ceramic coated last longer and do not discolor under heat light chrome... they are finish + function

ive heard theyre easier in an sn95 to install than a fox. mine took about 1hour with 2 people working on it. and yea, i have mac but id trade em for bbk because they have a better flange IMO

Ford Motorsport Unequal Shorty headers - b/c they were free They were cake to install, and have never had any problems except the bolts came loose after I installed them and it burned away some of the gasket so now they leak under acceleration...

I got bbk unequals because I found a guy selling them for $75 new. Couldn't beat that.

Whatever you do, when you buy the headers, buy aftermarket gaskets too. I don't know if MAC or FMS headers come with them, but the BBK headers did not. I cracked every port on my stock header gaskets, and then I bought Fel Pro gaskets.

Also, the bolts tend to come lose like onyx said, so I would recommend Stage 8 locking bolts. I have the Fel Pros and Stage 8 bolts on my headers and haven't heard a peep
