Default first upgrade either 2 flows or 3.73 gears

I'm ready to get my first upgrade, not sure with what to get first. The exhaust would make it sound good. I know the gears would help the performance out, but would it be ok to change the gears first with everything else still stock.

Yes, it would be fine. Also, is the car a DD? Do you really care about MPG? If not, definetly go with 4.10's instead. But no matter what, I would do gears.

Do both! Do the exhaust and the gears. As 88Blue said, if you want decent gas mileage, go with 3.73s. I just had 3.73s with a posi put in, and my gas mileage didn't drop all that much, plus it pulls really hard through 1st and 2nd gear. If you do the gears, you may want to change the differential, too (while you're back there).

Oh, btw... about the exhaust. I used to have 40 Series Flows on mine with an O/R Prochamber and BBK equal shorty headers, and I couldn't hear when I was talking on my cell phone. I switched to Magnaflow mufflers and so far I love them

DD means daily driver... what do you mean by causing more wear?

GEARS!!!!!! 3.73's won't kill your gas milage and they are ideal for a street diven vehicle.
