well thats up to you.

if it blew a headgasket theres a chance the head could have warped and will need machined..or worse.

but then it could be nothing happened to it and it just needs the head gaskets. so you could end up fixing it yourself for 50 bucks or less.

119 is pretty low for an 89..

what condition is the body in? does the top look alright? does the top motor work correctly?

check out the subframe and make sure its not bent up.

that is kinda sounding like the ole "too good 2 B true" kinda deals. better check into it good. you can still start and drive it for a minute or two till it gets warmed up.

whole thing is hes a doctor and bought a 2005 mustang gt on a credit card. the guys driveway its sitting at was suposoto fix it but never did, so its just sitting been sitting for about 6 months. the tops in good condition everything works right, it just over heats after about 20 miles(because of the headgasket) and even if anythigns warped im putting new heads and a new short block in my gt and ill take the parts taht im taking off and put them on the lx. subframe isnt bent or anything and the motors in nice shape.
