well, good luck! I know that those bolts can be pretty seized over time. Just keep soaking them in penetrating oil until your Dad comes home. keep us posted on how it turns out.

i was lucky
mine were pretty easy
the hardest part was getting the socket on the bolt

Yep, just completed a header change out on a friends 93 GT. Mid pipes won't let you get on the bolts completely.

yup it was a PITA!
but when i had to change my h-pipe and rest of exhaust
which was like 4 months later

the bolts were sooo easy to get to and take off
i was like wtf!? i did this a couple months ago
and couldnt get them right..now they're easy

Yep, I did almost the same, replaced the h pipe, then changed out the headers 3 weeks later. I chuckle everytime I see your cars picture, it looks "exactly" like my friends 93 GT here in Japan. Same color, wheels, etc. Nice clean looking car.
