MK2 what do you mean?
The left rear tire and right rear should be switched?
p.s. they are 19 inch rims with nankang tires

yes you should switch them. if you look at the tire you will see that the tread pattern is kind of an arrow. it should be facing forward, not back. like it was stated above, the way they are set up now will cause hydroplaning, as the 'deflection' of the tread wont work.

need wider wheels on the rear or at least spacers definitely. oh yeah, the tires do look kinda funny that way.
