check this guys ported heads, the flow numbers he post are the same as GT-40X heads
for half the money. www.thumperoforangepark.com

If your going to spend a $1,000 on some GT-40X heads, I would spend another 100 or two and get on of these instead.
next up in flow are TwistedWedge, Edlebrock RPM or AFR 165's

then AFR 185's and Vic Jr.'s

dont get the plain GT-40 heads, thats a waste.

The better a head flows the more power its going to make
here are some flow numbers for you

Stock: 155
GT-40: 190
GT-40X: 215
Thumper ported: 215
Edlebrk RPM: 230
TwistedWedge: 240
AFR 165: 250
AFR 185: 270

get the idea?

You want to get something like the GT-40X or Thumper heads minimum

I'd go w/ P heads....they should be just as cheap, but flow almost as much as the X heads. If you can't find them, the 3 bar GT40's are definitely an improvement over stock.
