i took apart my 5.0 about a year ago and am just now putting everything back together.... and ive forgot what things went in what wholes..... on the intake manifold, the very front of it by the water neck there is a threaded whole right behind it... what goes there??? and on the very back of the intake manifold in the middle of it there is some kind of breather thing..... the small round thing with twisted wires all in it... other than that, what goes in that whole???? plz help THanks!!

The breather on the back of the intake is where your PCV valve goes, if that mesh piece is in bad shape buy a new one, I didn't and my car smoked it's *** of at the top of 3rd gear.. I thought I blew my motor up the first time it happened[&:]... I think the hole you are talking about behind the thermostat housing is the heater bypass hose, I'm not sure I'd have to take a look at my car tomorrow in the daylight...

swing by your local part store and purchase you a chilton manual.......

this will help you with almost everything you are doing with your car

ya i know chiltons help tremendously i just havnt gotten around to get one... maybe ill do that tomorrow. Thanks guys
