Default waht timing

any ideas at about what timing i should set my car for peak preformance ?? i am running supra fuel and just have some basic bolt ons nothing to big.. thanks

try at 10* and see how it runs..then go up..see what's best

Back in my high school days we used cam 2 purple super fuel, something like a 112 octane, for the big block firebird. I always stuck to pump gas in my notch at the time

if you are running high octane gas you can get away with more timing. start at 10 (stock) degrees, and see how it runs. up it 2 degrees and retest. stop and back off timing if you hear pinging or detonation, or when performance no longer increases.

i love the rod lites btw. i have only seen one other fox with rodlites, internet or otherwise.

15x8.5 in the rear and 15x3 up front.

at the time those pics were taken the rears where 275/50/15. i now run 275/60/15's.

the fronts are 165's. for some reason there is no height measurement on them.[&:]

*edit* 4 lug.
