Default Throttle sticking?

My throttle hangs up a little. Just as you go to let the clutch out and take off you have to kinda tap on the pedal to kinda like break it free what's causing this?

No, you have to press harder on the pedal to get it to go down. It's like something holding the pedal from going down. Looked all over inside car thinking wire or something. But once you tap pedal it works fine and it won't do it again until you stop at lights or stop sign.

The throttle screw is out too far and the throttle blade gets wedged in place...turn the screw in a little and make sure it is touching the likage on the throttle body.
