Default Timing in a 95 Cobra

I have an 89 351 windsor and I know there is a small connector you remove to set the timing, how do you do it in a 95, the distributyor is different and I just wanted to make sure before I screrwed it up, what a good timing degree to set the car at? Thanks, Dave

open the hood and on the passenger side fender, in the wiring harness, there is a little grey color (i think grey) plastic piece you pull out. set the timing, then put the chip back in

Thats rights its a little "chip" that seems to come out of the passenger streut tower. Under the MAF and over the ignition module.
