I have felpro steel exhaust manifold gasket. It works pretty well, hasn't leaked on me yet.

Don't get rubber. Try your hardest to get steel or copper. The copper gaskets can get pretty pricey, usually somewhere around $50. The steel gaskets are usually a few under $20. I picked my stuff up from a local store (Ace High Performance). Although they should have sent you the bolts and everything with the headers. I just put on a pair today and everything came with them.
Good luck with everything.
