I just pulled a 5.0 to put it in my little 4 cyl. With the 5.0 we started by taking out the radiator, then we unplugged all of the wires. The unhooked the driveshaft and motormounts. I may have left out a few parts, I'm doing this in a semi hurry. When you bring in the crain and chain, connect the crane further in front than you normally would. You will need to pull it up at an angle to make room for the transmission to come out.
Good Luck

Not sure if your car has A/C or not but if it does go and get that discharged first. then bring it back and start ripping everything out.

What do you mean how do you get it out... its pretty much self explanatory. Start stripping the motor down (and labeling everything while you are doing it w/ a black SHARPIE marker), unbolt the motor, pull it?

Well better to ask them not to ask I guess. As long as you keep it organized and take lots of pictures since its your first time you really shouldnt have that much of a problem. Like I said before, just make sure you label everything in a little zip lock bags and use a black sharpie marker because anything else will come off of the bag.
