i got mine from summit but it was complete ****.
you'd be better off buying a nice box, going to a stereo place and getting some 00 wire and some connectors, and doing it like that. the box summit gives you is plastic and the fit is horrible.i had to cut pieces out of the side of the lid to get it on the box..

well i will admit that the summit boxes are cheaper.....but the only problem i had with mine was that cheesy strap kept coming loose........outside of that......its still in there and it works ........

how bout the kill switch. when do you need it? i really just need to know the track rules according to this. i see that the summit kit is alot cheaper than the others. those switches on summit are like 80$ ouch!!

yeah mine works too. it just pissed me off. i had tocut two blocks of wood to set under the battery so it would be high enough for the H bracket, and it still wasnt high enough. and the strap doesnt stay tight. and the screws went long enough. the j bolts hit the lid so i had to cut the lid. what should have taken me 2 hours at most ended up taking nearly 5 because of how much the box sucked fitment wise.

you need the switch to run on a track. and yeah they are pricey. the kit doesnt come with on though. and if i'm not mistaken i think you just connect it into the power cable. but i could be wrong. i'm not using one. people around me would **** with it too much
