First thing first... the flush. The way I do it, and the cheapest way, is to just empty your coolant out the bottom radiator hose by taking it off. Then just take off the top hose and blast water through the radiator using a garden hose. Then, you can buy some system flush from a local parts store (prestone makes some.) Follow the instructions, and make sure to flush that crap out of your system. Fill the system with water and then run it, then flush again w/o using the system flush chemicals. Repeat again. Finally fill it with coolant. Make sure to properly mix it.

As for the fuel injectors. Just buy some injector cleaner and empty it into your gas tank. Shops have a pressurized cleaning solution that actually hooks into your fuel rail, but that's a bit out of most of our leagues money-wise. I used it in school but haven't touched one since.
