Can I use this cable adjuster on my stock clutch cable(new)? I need a new quadrant too and I'm getting the one from summit.

Yes, you can. Did you already buy a cable? If not, just go and buy a adjustable cable and quadrant kit. The firewall adjuster is nice, but with that kit, you don't need it.
