is it the valve covers or just the baffles that are hitting. if it's just the baffles, take em out until the BBK's get there.

The baffles are in the vale covers to keep them from sucking oil in the vacume lines to the intake and burning the oil. Been there and done that almost burnt motor up by removing the baffles. Luckily notice oil pressure dropping in a turn pulled over checked oil and then decided to change it while i was at it and drained maybe 1- 1 1/2 qts out the rest went through the intake vacume port and out the exhaust. So that being said disregaurd the quoted statment above.

The valve covers are on back order, so i thought maybe i could get a set from ebay.......nothing there either. Called summit, and brothers......both are back ordered. those are the only two places i know that carries BBK anyone else know of anywhere else???
cjponyparts.com and mustangsunlimited.com sells the bbk valve covers but not sure if they have them in stock if you didnt find them already.Or you could find out where i live and steal mine.
